3. Hosting & provision of online services (Hostinger)

We obtain infrastructure/platform, computing, storage, database, security, and maintenance services from Hostinger for the secure and efficient provision of this online offering. To this end, the provider processes server/log data and technical metadata, among other things. According to the provider, processing takes place in data centers within the EU. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

Processed data: Server/log data (IP address, date/time, content accessed, referrer URL, user agent, data volumes transferred), meta/communication data, inventory/contact and content data in support cases, if applicable.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies & consent management (TTDSG)

Appropriate contractual safeguards (DPA, SCC) are in place.
