Why funding makes sense now

Many SMEs can receive subsidies for consulting and research services, regardless of their industry or trade.

We assist with selection, application, and verification so that you can obtain reliable market insights more quickly and save your budget or that of your clients and customers. (Ask us about special conditions for resellers!)

Relevant programs (selection)

BAFA: “Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how” (nationwide)

  • Who is it for: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Germany.

  • What is subsidized: External management consulting on economic/organizational topics—including market and competition analyses, pricing checks, strategy sprints and. much more

  • Subsidy: 50% of consulting costs, assessment basis €3,500 → max. €1,750 subsidy (in Bavaria/old federal states; regionally varying rates possible). 

  • Important: Submit your application online before the consultation begins; until December 31, 2026, a maximum of 2 consultations/year (up to 5 in total) eligible for funding.

Bavarian Innovation Voucher (open to all industries, technology-related)

  • For whom: Small businesses/craft businesses < 50 employees, turnover/balance sheet total ≤ €10 million.

  • What is subsidized: External development and scientific consulting services for new/improved products, processes, services (e.g., feasibility, technology, and market research).

  • Grant: 40% base, increase to up to 60% possible (e.g., collaboration with a university/comparable research institution or in defined regions).

  • Note: Services must be R&D-related; if necessary, a university/R&D institution should be involved as a partner.
