About us

A small research team. Clear responsibilities. A well-defined structure.

Many companies have information. What is often lacking is an independent assessment.

Aiquiro Research helps companies test assumptions, interpret external signals and distil information to create a solid basis for decision-making.

We are not a large consultancy firm nor an anonymous AI tool. We operate as a small research team with clear responsibilities, a structured methodology and human judgement.

1. What sets us apart

We combine strategic analysis, structured research and a technical research framework. This ensures that we do not end up with a loose collection of information, but rather a robust basis for decision-making.

2. Why being small is an advantage here

You’ll work with dedicated contacts, short lines of communication and clear lines of responsibility. No project hierarchy, no anonymous handover, no unnecessary complexity.

3. How we ensure quality

AI supports research, structuring and generating alternatives. Evaluation, prioritisation and the logic behind the results remain subject to human review.

4. What we stand for

Clarity over scope. Sources over assertions. Context over data volume. Unresolved issues are identified, rather than creating a false sense of certainty.

The Team

Udo Klünsch
Strategy, classification and results management

Udo Klünsch is the founder of Aiquiro Research and owner of Vision+ Konzept. He brings many years of experience in strategy, communication and market positioning to the table.

His focus is on refining open-ended questions, placing information in its economic context and presenting findings in such a way that they are useful to management, advisory boards or project teams.

Florian Klünsch
Research Architecture and Technical Validation

Florian Klünsch is responsible for the technical research architecture at Aiquiro Research. He develops the framework used to collect, verify and consolidate information in a transparent manner.

His focus is on setting up research processes in a methodologically sound manner, critically evaluating sources and deploying AI where it improves speed and structure – without replacing human judgement.

Additional specialists as required

Where necessary, we supplement projects with external expertise, for example in the areas of market analysis, industry, technology, law, finance or data analysis.

This allows Aiquiro to remain lean and flexible, whilst being able to incorporate additional perspectives in a targeted manner when dealing with specialised issues.
